Yūgen Head Spa – Membership Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Yūgen Head Spa. By purchasing a Yūgen Wellness Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Membership Commitment and Billing
Initial Term: All wellness memberships require a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months.
Auto-Renewal: After your initial 3-month term is complete, your membership will seamlessly transition to a month-to-month agreement. Your monthly membership fee will be automatically billed to your designated payment method on the same date each month.
The Wellness Bank: Your monthly membership fee is deposited entirely into your personal "Wellness Bank." These funds are not a fee; they are a deposit that you can use toward any service or retail product at Yūgen Head Spa.
2. Wellness Bank Rollover and Expiration
Rollover: If you do not use your entire Wellness Bank balance in a given month, the remaining funds will automatically roll over to the following month.
No Expiration: Accrued funds in your Wellness Bank never expire. Even if you choose to cancel your membership, any remaining balance will remain securely on your account to be used toward future visits. Funds are non-transferable and non-refundable.
3. Upgrades, Downgrades, and Cancellations
Upgrades: You may upgrade your membership tier at any time, including during your initial 3-month commitment period.
Downgrades: You are eligible to downgrade your membership tier only after completing your initial 3-month commitment.
Cancellation: Once you have fulfilled the initial 3-month term, you may cancel your membership at any time. To cancel, please contact our reservations team at least 72 hours prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
4. Membership Discounts and Perks
Discount Usage: Members receive a designated discount on services and products based on their tier (Essence: 10%, Radiance: 15%, Ultimate: 20%).
Stacking Discounts: Membership discounts are exclusive and cannot be combined with other general promotions. The only exceptions are your Birthday and Anniversary rewards, which are fully stackable. If a separate promotion offers a higher discount than your membership tier, you may choose to apply the discount that provides you with the greatest value.
Monthly Guest Pass: Members receive one (1) guest pass per month. This allows the member to bring a friend or family member who will receive the member's tier discount on their service for that day.
5. The Family Plan
Members in the Radiance tier may add one (1) designated guest to their account.
Members in the Ultimate tier may add up to two (2) designated guests to their account.
Added guests under the Family Plan receive full access to the primary account holder's membership discount rate. The primary account holder is responsible for the monthly membership billing.
6. Booking and Cancellation Policy
Appointments: Memberships do not guarantee appointment availability. We highly recommend booking your services in advance.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: We value the time of our guests and our staff. Yūgen Head Spa strictly enforces a 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments canceled within 24 hours, or no-shows, may be subject to a cancellation fee or a deduction from your Wellness Bank balance in accordance with our general spa booking policies.
7. Right to Modify
Yūgen Head Spa reserves the right to modify membership pricing, tier benefits, and these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be provided with a minimum of 30 days written notice prior to any changes affecting their recurring billing or tier benefits.
