Think of your monthly membership fee as a deposit into a spa savings account. If you pay $69 a month for the Essence tier, that $69 is put into your Yūgen account to be used toward any service. Plus, you get your member discount on top of it!

Never. We know life gets busy. Your monthly deposits roll over month to month and will never expire as long as your account is active.

The Serenity tier allows you to add 1 guest, and the Ultimate tier allows you to add 2 guests to your account. These family members or friends get full access to your tier's discount percentage when they book their own services!

There are no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership at any time before your next billing cycle.

Once a month, you can bring a friend or family member with you, and they will receive your member discount (10%, 15%, or 20%) on their service for that day.

Your membership discount is exclusive and generally cannot be combined with other promotions. However, we love to celebrate you—so your birthday and anniversary rewards are fully stackable! Additionally, if we ever run a special promotion that offers greater savings than your membership rate, you are always welcome to choose the offer that benefits you the most.

When you join, we ask for an initial commitment of 3 months to truly experience the benefits of routine self-care. After this period, your membership will seamlessly auto-renew on a month-to-month basis. If you need to cancel after your first 3 months, simply reach out to our reservations team and they will gladly assist you. Rest assured, any unused deposits in your Wellness Bank belong to you and will remain on your account to use toward future visits, even without an active membership.
